Office Policy

The office participates with most major Insurance Companies. However, you, as the patient, should find out with your Human Resources person or directly with your Insurer about your particular plan and/or limitations in coverage.


As mentioned earlier the information that the office receives from your Insurer at the time of your appointment is only an approximate, and the Insurance Company may decline payment when the claim is submitted. Thus, it is very important to know that any portion of the treatment not covered by the Insurance Plan will be your responsibility.


When requesting an appointment, please have your insurance information available. It will ease the process of obtaining information from your insurer, And also provide you, (the patient), with a more accurate information about your obligations.
